Do I need trading experience?
No, but you do need to understand that you can lose money. The bots come with starting configurations, and you can practice in demo mode with virtual funds before using real money.
Is it safe to connect my exchange?
Yes. We only request trading permissions, never withdrawal.
Which exchanges do you support?
Real money: Binance, Bybit and MEXC (Spot and Futures) and OKX and Bitget (Spot). OKX and Bitget Futures, Kraken, Hyperliquid, Capital.com and OANDA only on their test accounts for now, while we verify them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the app whenever you want, with no penalty; what you paid stays active until the end of the period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept crypto (USDT) from any country. In Argentina, MercadoPago too.
How much can I earn?
Nobody can guarantee it, and be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on the market, the strategy and how you configure it, and you can lose money. That's why you get demo mode and backtesting to test before you risk anything.
What happens when the 7-day trial ends?
When the trial ends or a paid plan returns to Free, real bots are paused. Positions and connections remain: review their orders and protections before continuing. Free includes 2 active demo bots and 1 real single-pair DCA Spot bot without leverage.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
No. Bots run on our servers around the clock. You can turn off your computer and follow them from your phone.
Which strategies can I use?
